Information we collect
When you submit a consultation or contact request, we collect the information you provide such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, country or time zone, selected service, and requirement details. Newsletter subscriptions collect an email address and subscription status. Talent-network submissions may include your name, contact information, location, talent area, experience level, portfolio or professional-profile links, and experience summary.
The website backend may also process technical request information needed for security and operation, including a user-agent string and a one-way hashed network identifier used for rate limiting. The current application code does not store the raw IP address in the application database.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to business inquiries, scope requested services, manage follow-up, maintain newsletter subscriptions, review talent profiles against relevant requirements, prevent abuse, secure the website, and improve service operations. We do not use contact-form or talent-network data to create unrelated consumer profiles.
When information may be shared
Information may be accessible to authorized Tech Sol personnel who need it for sales, delivery, recruitment, security, or website administration. Infrastructure and service providers may process information when they provide hosting, database, email, security, analytics, or communication services that Tech Sol has configured. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights, or to investigate abuse.
Retention
Inquiry, subscription, and talent data is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, operational follow-up, recordkeeping, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Records that are no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized according to internal retention practices.
Security
The website uses request validation, same-origin controls, rate limiting, security headers, access-controlled administrative endpoints, and database-backed storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so sensitive credentials, passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, or other high-risk secrets should not be submitted through general website forms.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of information you submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You may also ask to stop business communications or unsubscribe from newsletter communications. Use the website contact form and state that the request concerns privacy so it can be routed appropriately.
International processing
Tech Sol provides services to organizations in multiple regions. Website and business information may therefore be processed from locations different from your own. Where specific transfer or contractual requirements apply, they should be addressed in the relevant service agreement and infrastructure configuration.
Children
This website is intended for business users and professional applicants. It is not designed to collect personal information from children.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when website functionality, data handling, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the policy identifies the current published version.
Use the Tech Sol contact form for privacy requests and clearly label the request as a privacy or data request.
